We schedule an appointment for your free consultation. We come to your home, meet the family and see if the pets approve of your choice. We learn what your pet likes or dislikes and discuss what you expect from a petsitting or dog walking arrangement.
We provide you with our cards, personal cell numbers, a brochure, etc. and request information from you pertinent to your pet and your needs.
We discuss our fees and agree upon terms of service. You are under no obligation to make any purchase.

We schedule your pet for a visit, walk, or overnight stay.
Visits and walks are about 1/2 hour, overnights cover the period from dinner (6 pm) to breakfast (8 am).

Payment
We are paid prior to service.

What you can expect
When you are away on vacation or a trip, we will return to visit your pet about every 4 hours during the day for walks, feeding and play. We want them to expect that we are coming back and strive to lower anxiety during your time away. Then we are home for the night with your pet. We walk before and after dinner and then settle in till morning.
On your return, your home will look just as you left it. We remove sheets and pillowcases that we used and leave them in your bath or laundry room. Kitchens and baths are clean and ready for you.
